Laser cutting
Two 3000 W fibre lasers (German-made). Cutting thickness from 0.1 to 20 mm, tolerance as tight as ±0.05 mm. Clean, low-dross edges, with secondary trimming available.
Full-cycle sheet metal, stamping and CNC manufacturing under one roof.

Two 3000 W fibre lasers (German-made). Cutting thickness from 0.1 to 20 mm, tolerance as tight as ±0.05 mm. Clean, low-dross edges, with secondary trimming available.

6 press brakes with Japanese digital controllers and 6-axis servo back gauges. Bend length up to 3000 mm, thickness up to 8 mm, tolerance to ±0.1 mm. Careful forming protects the part’s appearance.

18 presses from 60 to 250 tons for volume production. We design progressive and single-station dies to suit your quantities, plus simple tooling for fast prototypes. A large-bed hydraulic press handles large-format parts.

6 CNC machining centres — accurate, fast and flexible. We make complex parts for medical, automotive, robotics, appliances, drones and aerospace.

A 31 m semi-automatic powder-coating line (22 kW) for large cabinets, complex and small parts — single-colour volume runs or multi-colour small batches. Plating, anodising, silk-screen and laser marking are also available.

Welding robots deliver consistent seam strength and appearance while limiting thermal distortion. TIG, spot, handheld laser and aluminium welding are available.

Two automated assembly lines for large and complex orders. Press-in hardware, riveting, tapping, on-request wiring and packing to suit your warehouse.

Coordinate measuring machines (3D), 2.5D optical measuring systems and force gauges. In-process checks and full inspection before shipment.
